Work Culture is very good. Everyone is supportive and everything you will be accounted in good manner and that helps in growing inside company. Work on Commodity Trading Software which is a amazing domain to work on.

Cons

There are no recreational activities, no gym, no indoor games.

Pros

The pace is fast at Eka, but the work is interesting and the team is great. Everyone is enthusiastic and energetic and it creates a positive, friendly atmosphere.

Cons

It is sometimes challenging working with team members across various time zones, but I am not sure that's avoidable since it's a global company. .
