Pros

Good package, they pay 10-20% extra than competitors.

Cons

Mass layoffs keep happening as this is a small company and faces lot of budget issues. It is better to stay away from this company, eventhough they hire you at better package you may be fired within an year for no reason.

Pros

The pace is fast at Eka, but the work is interesting and the team is great. Everyone is enthusiastic and energetic and it creates a positive, friendly atmosphere.

Cons

It is sometimes challenging working with team members across various time zones, but I am not sure that's avoidable since it's a global company. .
