- very strong application of econometrics & maths to an interesting field - variation in work - very high quality of consultants - start up culture in terms of innovation & entrepreunership, but business is beyond start up stage meaning very good structure and management

Cons

- as with consulting deadlines can be tight and longer work hours can be expected on occasion
