Clueless leadership at corporate level. It used to be fun. There used to be a culture. They used to care. Now there are only sleepless nights, tears and stress. Can't keep up? you're replaced with the snap of a finger. No loyalty. Clueless leadership, lack of transparency and honesty. Everything is always a secret. Corporate employees always being "investigated" by the new hr and that leadership but nothing ever happens because all we do is work! Field management is the only thing being done properly and even then, only in Miami and wpb as Orlando is a trainwreck with the leadership there. Field ops leadership completely out of touch with reality and only knows how to go in circles.
