      Pros

      I like working at a place where everybody likes the flavor of the product you sell, and definitely El Pollo Loco has the best chicken in the world.

      Cons

      I don't remember having any issues while working for the company, the only reason I left was because of death in the family. Had to go back to Mexico.

      Not much else other than free food

      High turnover, favortism, lack of stability, disconnect between corporate and restaurants.
