      Pros

      overtime ... the 401k only matches 3 percent the resturant is pretty understaffed

      Cons

      no raises at all unless you move up however when u get promoted they dont pay you much more only people that get money are job hoppers since they pay 4 to 5 more dollars for someone who is new to the company

      High turnover, favortism, lack of stability, disconnect between corporate and restaurants.
