Pros

Gave a good amount of hours since I was the only one doing the cold prep for the morning for a part timer. They try to keep you under that full-time status. I got close to 35 hours every week. Always something to do. Half-off discount for the entire menu. Time management is key to success in this position. A good place to work on your Spanish since most of all your coworkers will be Spanish speaking.

Cons

Expects you to do too much for one person to do in the back for cold prep and other miscellaneous task. Should be a 2 person job since there is no dishwasher. Prepare to always wear a back brace because you will be moving frozen chicken weighing over 50 lbs by yourself 3-4 times per shift. Even worst is stock day when all the help you can get is from General manager (if he's working). This is every other day we get restock. We had fat lazy young girls as sale leader, don't expect them to lift anything over 10 lbs or to even help in the back. The pay was awful as well. It was under $10.
