I had a great time working here, even if it was only for a short time. The management was very flexible regarding salary negotiation.

I don't have any negative comments.

They offer full-time employment for people who are desperate for jobs. Most of the employees are great people. It pays better than unemplyment.

Shady business practices, beyond cheap. The company grew when a few government bids with DOT were won. For some reason instead of investing in their people or business they decide to pocket the money they earned. There is no organisation, the prez has no idea what's going on with the company. They hire inexperienced people as assistants and then have them basically run the company so huge mistakes are made and then people get upset and yell at them it's a joke. When someone wises up and leaves, instead of hiring replacement they push extra work onto people without asking if that is OK with them, they don't even offer a raise. And the best part is, they don't even pay time-and-a-half for hours worked over 40 hours. DOT is aware and somehow OK with it, even though illegal.
