      Consistent work and alright parking.

      Cons

      Racist co-workers, an HR who doesn’t even try to make themselves look good, a clique of old women who need to get a good grip on reality! If you’re not the “right type of Christian” or not Christian at all, DO NOT APPLY!!!! Save yourself the sanity especially if you’re Catholic or Episcopalian. Just DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY AT ALL!

      Pros

      Field staff is good, especially the home health aides. Most of the nurses as well. Medical Directors are thorough.

      Cons

      Local management is poor. Bad communication, short staffed, take patients that live alone in bad situations with no plan for future care. Disasters waiting to happen. Employee well being is poor. No recognition for things you right or patient/ satisfaction. Nurses don’t get adequate time with patients. I
