      Cons

      Has no compassion for people, every patient is seen as a number for the bottom line. Upper management sees employees as their slaves & they will ask you to put 40,000+ miles on your personal vehicle and then fire you when it breaks down.

      Pros

      Field staff is good, especially the home health aides. Most of the nurses as well. Medical Directors are thorough.

      Cons

      Local management is poor. Bad communication, short staffed, take patients that live alone in bad situations with no plan for future care. Disasters waiting to happen. Employee well being is poor. No recognition for things you right or patient/ satisfaction. Nurses don’t get adequate time with patients. I
