      Pros

      Wonderful, respectfully and calm work environment. Open communication, no radio silence! Great support throughout the application, interview and onboarding process. (Even though the instructions were very clear) I see a great future for me in this company and I’m excited for the journey ahead! Highly recommended!

      Pros

      Field staff is good, especially the home health aides. Most of the nurses as well. Medical Directors are thorough.

      Cons

      Local management is poor. Bad communication, short staffed, take patients that live alone in bad situations with no plan for future care. Disasters waiting to happen. Employee well being is poor. No recognition for things you right or patient/ satisfaction. Nurses don’t get adequate time with patients. I
