      Loved my patients and team, excluding leadership

      Cons

      Company put myself and other employees in unsafe situations, despite concerns being brought to their attention. Myself and others were touched sexually inappropriately by patients who had capacity. Was sent alone into homes with patients who had violent sexual offense convictions. When this was brought to leadership, it was dismissed.

      Pros

      Field staff is good, especially the home health aides. Most of the nurses as well. Medical Directors are thorough.

      Cons

      Local management is poor. Bad communication, short staffed, take patients that live alone in bad situations with no plan for future care. Disasters waiting to happen. Employee well being is poor. No recognition for things you right or patient/ satisfaction. Nurses don’t get adequate time with patients. I
