Absolutely getting to work and be with my fellow clinicians and colleagues who are some of the finest people I know.
Cons
One downside is not having enough time to be able to be with our team and office staff in more relaxed environments and so to enjoy their company and comradery.
Field staff is good, especially the home health aides. Most of the nurses as well. Medical Directors are thorough.
Cons
Local management is poor. Bad communication, short staffed, take patients that live alone in bad situations with no plan for future care. Disasters waiting to happen. Employee well being is poor. No recognition for things you right or patient/ satisfaction. Nurses don’t get adequate time with patients. I
