Pros

The services provided are top notch and current with today's technology! They can offer so many different programs for their patients. I am proud to work at this company! They really try to take care of their employees and the corporate management is always accessible, as well as Regional Management. Our local office team is always ready to help in regards to getting more "fragile" patients started as soon as possible. They are awesome! I cannot say enough great things about our clinical team in South Bend.

Cons

The company is growing so fast in new territories, keeping up with hiring and training can be tough. Our referral intake team are getting busier and busier and could use a few more employees

Pros

Field staff is good, especially the home health aides. Most of the nurses as well. Medical Directors are thorough.

Cons

Local management is poor. Bad communication, short staffed, take patients that live alone in bad situations with no plan for future care. Disasters waiting to happen. Employee well being is poor. No recognition for things you right or patient/ satisfaction. Nurses don’t get adequate time with patients. I
