      Pros

      Excellent upper management, will work with any schedule. Hands on work, lovely clients all of them.

      Cons

      Hard to get clients, pay days are weird, and sometimes hard to get ahold of people when needed. And the clock in is very iffy.

      Pros

      Field staff is good, especially the home health aides. Most of the nurses as well. Medical Directors are thorough.

      Cons

      Local management is poor. Bad communication, short staffed, take patients that live alone in bad situations with no plan for future care. Disasters waiting to happen. Employee well being is poor. No recognition for things you right or patient/ satisfaction. Nurses don’t get adequate time with patients. I
