Pros

The only 'pros' are the hard working health aides being pushed to their limits with no appreciation. This company does certificate training for employees free of charge. pro pro pro pro pro fie pro words entered

Cons

Fast turn over for coordinators. We never know who will be are go to person from one minte to the next. This company was sued for cheated us health aides out of hours and mileage. This company change hands without ever notifying us employees in the field. this company will not have your back when an issue with a client arises - even if you can prove without doubt your innocence. This company stripped us health aides of our end of year bonus we relied on for holidays or vacation time. This company stopped paying mileage to our first client of the day and if there is more than one hour in between clients. This company started taxing our mileage. This company does not pay anything towards the insurance they offer. This company took away our life insurance and short term disability. This company is so abusive towards their health aides that they leave after a few weeks .con con con con con I entered five words for con

Pros

Field staff is good, especially the home health aides. Most of the nurses as well. Medical Directors are thorough.

Cons

Local management is poor. Bad communication, short staffed, take patients that live alone in bad situations with no plan for future care. Disasters waiting to happen. Employee well being is poor. No recognition for things you right or patient/ satisfaction. Nurses don’t get adequate time with patients. I
