the Office windows are tinted

Cons

Lacking positive intelligent leadership ; Your traveling is reimbursement is .32-.37 a mile,which really isn’t much for 400-500 miles every 2 weeks($140-$170) which you pay more for fuel then that in 1 week; The government allows Atleast .54 a mile! Patients denied transfers to other hospices because they do not meet criteria yet meet elara criteria? Thought hospice guidelines were all the same for patients meeting the criteria for hospice services per Medicare? Too many incidences of privacy violations and confidential conversations being shared amoung workers.

Pros

Field staff is good, especially the home health aides. Most of the nurses as well. Medical Directors are thorough.

Cons

Local management is poor. Bad communication, short staffed, take patients that live alone in bad situations with no plan for future care. Disasters waiting to happen. Employee well being is poor. No recognition for things you right or patient/ satisfaction. Nurses don’t get adequate time with patients. I
