      Pros

      I had a great Manager and my fellow nurses and therapist all worked as a team. Pay was good and benefits were ok when I started with GLC.

      Cons

      The merger with Elara ruined the medical benefits/doubled our premiums, no overtime allowed even if you had to work over. Staff left and work load became ever more difficult. Never got a raise.

      Pros

      Field staff is good, especially the home health aides. Most of the nurses as well. Medical Directors are thorough.

      Cons

      Local management is poor. Bad communication, short staffed, take patients that live alone in bad situations with no plan for future care. Disasters waiting to happen. Employee well being is poor. No recognition for things you right or patient/ satisfaction. Nurses don’t get adequate time with patients. I
