Mid-Management cares about their staff. Tries to create a positive work environment. Most employees truly care about our patients

Cons

A large merger occurred and moral is currently low, with new changes all the time.

Pros

Field staff is good, especially the home health aides. Most of the nurses as well. Medical Directors are thorough.

Cons

Local management is poor. Bad communication, short staffed, take patients that live alone in bad situations with no plan for future care. Disasters waiting to happen. Employee well being is poor. No recognition for things you right or patient/ satisfaction. Nurses don’t get adequate time with patients. I
