Pros

The clients were great and the relationships and bonds that were created were amazing.

Cons

The office was TERRIBLE at returning any type of phone call and they would have you on hold for more than 10 minutes while they sat at the desks "talking" to other people on the phone, and the supervisors were never in the office and the orientation packet they gave had a number that said you can always call them but no one ever aswers

Pros

Field staff is good, especially the home health aides. Most of the nurses as well. Medical Directors are thorough.

Cons

Local management is poor. Bad communication, short staffed, take patients that live alone in bad situations with no plan for future care. Disasters waiting to happen. Employee well being is poor. No recognition for things you right or patient/ satisfaction. Nurses don’t get adequate time with patients. I
