      Pros

      It is a stepping stone to gain experience and/or skills.

      Cons

      Lack of organization, structure and integrity. This company doesn't care about the individuals served or providing good care. They don't respect their employees enough to even pay them correctly, let alone value them as team members. Unfortunately, they put people in management positions that lack the skills to move the company in a forward direction and instead choose to make the same mistakes over and over again. If you have another employment option, take it!

      Pros

      Field staff is good, especially the home health aides. Most of the nurses as well. Medical Directors are thorough.

      Cons

      Local management is poor. Bad communication, short staffed, take patients that live alone in bad situations with no plan for future care. Disasters waiting to happen. Employee well being is poor. No recognition for things you right or patient/ satisfaction. Nurses don’t get adequate time with patients. I
