Pros

Are there any? I suppose a few of the employees are nice.

Cons

This company is absolutely a joke. They treat a lot of employees like garbage but allow their favorite employees who have been there a little while to work unchecked. I have seen multiple employees smoke in company cars even though doing that should get their car privileges revoked. These same employees go to visits without washing hands or wearing gloves, but are allowed to give their own unfounded criticism of employees they would like to get rid of. It is salary (not hourly), but certain employees are having to work 10-15 hours more per week than the chosen favorites do. That is wildly unfair. There is a lot more I want to say, but my mama taught me not to cuss. I will be looking for other work very soon to get out.

Pros

Field staff is good, especially the home health aides. Most of the nurses as well. Medical Directors are thorough.

Cons

Local management is poor. Bad communication, short staffed, take patients that live alone in bad situations with no plan for future care. Disasters waiting to happen. Employee well being is poor. No recognition for things you right or patient/ satisfaction. Nurses don’t get adequate time with patients. I
