Pros

The people that you work with other than that nothing Stands out

Cons

This has been by far the most stressful, toxic, and overwhelming place that I have ever worked. Processes are changing daily and you are not communicated too as to what the changes are. You are constantly being told to do more and to work faster I would not be surprised if they start whipping people to get them to work faster. They are unable to keep their employees because everyone it is getting burnt out. When they do communicate changes to you it is at the last minute. They announced the end of September that they changed the vacation policy and office staff will lose 25% of their vacation time that is not used by the end of December. You can’t use your time off because everyone keeps quitting and you are denied time off. The insurance is expensive, you don’t get holidays off because the company is 24/7 and the claim that if you do work a holiday, you get holiday pay. Guess what? you don’t get holiday pay its straight time. I was forced to work two holidays this year and did not get holiday pay, I got paid straight time, when I said something, I was told that you need to work over 40 hours to get paid extra for the holiday. That does not make sense. If you work the holiday you should get the holiday pay but no. HR is a joke and payroll is a mess.

Pros

Field staff is good, especially the home health aides. Most of the nurses as well. Medical Directors are thorough.

Cons

Local management is poor. Bad communication, short staffed, take patients that live alone in bad situations with no plan for future care. Disasters waiting to happen. Employee well being is poor. No recognition for things you right or patient/ satisfaction. Nurses don’t get adequate time with patients. I
