Pros

I've been with them for 2 years.

Cons

I was not hired on at the amount promised. Not given my raise at my yearly review which was a year late due to covid. I still have not received my raise because my direct supervisor says her plate us too full to get to it.

Flexible hours and very reasonable pay

Pros

Field staff is good, especially the home health aides. Most of the nurses as well. Medical Directors are thorough.

Cons

Local management is poor. Bad communication, short staffed, take patients that live alone in bad situations with no plan for future care. Disasters waiting to happen. Employee well being is poor. No recognition for things you right or patient/ satisfaction. Nurses don’t get adequate time with patients. I
