FT employment and that is all

Cons

Company values money not employees Patient care is lacking and they just keep accepting patients They work the field staff ragged The office staff have so much responsibility and they kept adding more. Work hours 8-5 and you never get away from your desk for lunch. They schedule mandatory meetings at noon every day. Micromanage oasis values and results No appreciation shown by management

Pros

Field staff is good, especially the home health aides. Most of the nurses as well. Medical Directors are thorough.

Cons

Local management is poor. Bad communication, short staffed, take patients that live alone in bad situations with no plan for future care. Disasters waiting to happen. Employee well being is poor. No recognition for things you right or patient/ satisfaction. Nurses don’t get adequate time with patients. I
