Pros

PTO is generous, working with the patients

Cons

Discriminate against LPN's, PTA's, COTA's, and HHA's. Do not let you be efficient in home health, a lot of down time because of this, not a good work life balance for the above mentioned positions. No room for advancement!

Pros

Field staff is good, especially the home health aides. Most of the nurses as well. Medical Directors are thorough.

Cons

Local management is poor. Bad communication, short staffed, take patients that live alone in bad situations with no plan for future care. Disasters waiting to happen. Employee well being is poor. No recognition for things you right or patient/ satisfaction. Nurses don’t get adequate time with patients. I
