Pros

the pay was average at best. you dont have to log your calls

Cons

management was comfortable knowing what they don't know. If the truth didn't fit their narrative, then it wasn't true. Always be aware of a company that instructs their current recruiting team to post fake reviews.

Pros

Field staff is good, especially the home health aides. Most of the nurses as well. Medical Directors are thorough.

Cons

Local management is poor. Bad communication, short staffed, take patients that live alone in bad situations with no plan for future care. Disasters waiting to happen. Employee well being is poor. No recognition for things you right or patient/ satisfaction. Nurses don’t get adequate time with patients. I
