Pros

I work for someone I know and do not need to talk to anyone from company usually.

Cons

When I do need to talk to someone from the company it takes.many hours over many days. Low pay expensive sub par benefits

Pros

Field staff is good, especially the home health aides. Most of the nurses as well. Medical Directors are thorough.

Cons

Local management is poor. Bad communication, short staffed, take patients that live alone in bad situations with no plan for future care. Disasters waiting to happen. Employee well being is poor. No recognition for things you right or patient/ satisfaction. Nurses don’t get adequate time with patients. I
