      Cant think of anything good

      Cons

      They pay minimum wage and then wont pay you. I haven't recieved pay in 3 weeks and they say they don't know why. We cant have Christmas now. They wont even try to fix their mistake. The most unprofessional business you can imagine. I plan to file a lawsuit.

      Pros

      Field staff is good, especially the home health aides. Most of the nurses as well. Medical Directors are thorough.

      Cons

      Local management is poor. Bad communication, short staffed, take patients that live alone in bad situations with no plan for future care. Disasters waiting to happen. Employee well being is poor. No recognition for things you right or patient/ satisfaction. Nurses don’t get adequate time with patients. I
