Management is clueless, often absent. When observed in office they are often seen socializing instead of working. Questions asked are often met with “I dont know”. I personally feel like I am asked to do the “dirty work” of what management should be doing. High caseloads with unreasonable expectations. When I try to explain that something will not work, am told to do it anyway and when back fires, I have been blamed for it. Witnessed several unethical behaviors of sales team, which is dismissed by management.
