Pros

Good people and interesting environment. Mangement is good and development of staff and feedback is useful. There is a lot of good junior and technology staff in a lot of levels of the organization. Very strong in a lot of the areas of the organization - especially in Operations, Finance, infrastructure.

Cons

Hard to break senior management ceiling. There are a lot of dead weght in some parts of the organization and there is a lot of redundancy in a lot of the jobs being done across the global organization. Not a bad place to work overall but not a place for innovation as a whole. Product Development is not great. Some department leadership is often disorganized and there is a lot of churn there but overall probably one of the better departments. Can be a very lax standards expected of staff and development of staff should be improved but overall good place to work.

Pros

Strong environment for professional development and career growth. The organization provides ample opportunities to climb the ladder if you are proactive. I also believe the recent shift in leadership direction is a promising move toward the right future for the company.

Cons

The organization struggles with significant corporate bureaucracy and a siloed working environment, which leads to redundant projects and inefficient capital allocation. While the company pushes a 'total compensation' narrative, the liquid cash compensation and benefits packages—particularly health insurance flexibility—do not currently align with market standards. The lack of a cohesive product strategy remains a primary friction point for leadership.
