      Very big and old company with outdated organization vibe - the processes in company is slow(you no need to run to end your tasks ASAP)

      Cons

      Also the outdated organization vibe - you can't to learn something new because the company is works with some old techniques. A promotions will be only in case that some one will die or retired.
