      1. Very interesting projects. 2. Patriotic, you help your country. 3. Working hours are 'normal'. 6PM is an average go home time. 4. Nice people

      Cons

      1. Led by generals, if you are not one yourself it is difficult to get promoted. 2. No compensation for success, small bonuses but not something significant.
