The leadership team truly cares about their employees. Everyday they demonstrate an employee first focus. Managers are committed to growth and development while fostering a positive work environment. Every company, family, including friends have obstacles and challenges but you know you are working for the right company when no matter what issue crops up the leadership team supports pragmatic/positive/fair solutions.

Honestly, the only con is the building (older) but the office is moving to a newly built space. The buildout is focused on making the space efficient and a great experience for staff.
