Pros
This company has nothing to do with the elderly, and in fact has many young employees. The eponymous Elder Research is named for John Elder who is a tremendous teacher, a brilliant person and also kind, as are the folks who work there. John is a thought leader in his field
Cons
The owner has a tendency to get some new great ideas for research shortly before client presentations making for a scramble for the staff preparing the presentation.
