The culture is great here, everyone gets along well and the whole office spends time together outside of work. The company recognizes hours worked over 40 hours, which is reflected in your pay/bonuses.

Cons

Drafting support can be limited which can affect deadlines.

My coworkers in office are all very friendly and welcoming. The company plans fun events a couple times a year. The benefits are top tier

Pros

80% of GSA per diem , truck allowance

Cons

rotation is once every quarter and you have to use PTO, also truck and meal per diem dont go in effect those days.
