Poor Management - Project Management Electrical Consultants Employee Review

This company is flying by the seats of their pants. After 5 years I had no idea how the company was turning a profit. Everything runs over budget. After years of developing templates to reduce time and make work consistent, upper management said they didn't like it. I was reprimanded when project leaders still used it. Expects employees to work 45 hour weeks. I was once told to come in over the weekend to work on a proposal that was due Monday morning. I was told at 4:50pm on friday. Later found out we had the RFP for two months.
