Pros

The company is quick to recognize individuals. Even with it being spread out across the US it still manages to advance those who show exceptional work. Being able to call up the Vice president of the company or walk into their office and talk to them even as someone who isn't a manager, contributes to this.

Cons

Poor work life balance for the first 7 years.

My coworkers in office are all very friendly and welcoming. The company plans fun events a couple times a year. The benefits are top tier

Pros

80% of GSA per diem , truck allowance

Cons

rotation is once every quarter and you have to use PTO, also truck and meal per diem dont go in effect those days.
