Pros
EA is a fun and supportive place to work. You make video games for a living, and everyone cares about doing a good job. I've help multiple roles across different orgs, and I generally liked my bosses, peers, and team members. Smart, curious people who like what they do.
Cons
Flat growth overall, so not a ton of upside potential for career growth. The top is political, so opportunities and promotions are unclear, except for a chosen few.
