Pros
You get GREAT exposure to the games industry, especially working with engineers and developers. The environment is fun. The campus is beautiful, and if you do a good job, your managers tend to let you do your own thing so long as you do your work reliably and well.
Cons
It's very difficult to get noticed starting out, and sometimes you may be passed over for a well-deserved promotion over someone who has less seniority and experience doing the job.
