Pros
There are certainly great people in this organization. The LA office was fantastic. They were always concerned about environment and morale. They care how people were feeling.
Cons
Key stakeholders and game teams were spread throughout the world. If you wanted to get an instantaneous response, it could be challenging. There were constant org shifts and sometimes the LA office felt a little like an island from the rest of the organization.
