Pros

Cons
Lower level employees dealt with sexism & favoritism despite skill & experience level. Too many beefcake bros looking out for bros until pressure was applied from the managers, then vicious backstabbing would occur to each other and the TFTs they managed. Managers lying to ur face about full time employment possibilities & caring about ur complaints. Experience & seniority didn't seem to matter when it came to layoffs. they'd let go older employees frequently because of over budgeting & then in turn give jobs to others based off of looks and/or friendships. Instead of trying to keep these seemingly irreplaceable/ valuable employes they'd would instead spend money re-modeling the interior of they're building, pay Internet celebrities to appear, play expensive pranks on each other and/or would have expensive elaborate launch parties for games... even if those games were expected to not do well. And lastly, leads "walking home" with people that worked "underneath" them... & then these people getting fulltime jobs. Sounds unbelievable... I know.
