Pros
It's just too fun to work here. Ideally, everyone around the office is playful and fun to work with. In addition to having fun, it's nice to be around other skilled techs who I would be proud to refer to as my peers.
Cons
The cappucino machine is too far from my desk. Not as many nerf wars as I suspected. I feel that a few people work against the easy going environment, which errs away from the vision that was explained to me here.
