Pros
They really prioritize work life balance. Made Fridays no-meeting days and gave a lot of PTO around COVID. Prioritized diversity equity and inclusion throughout the company.
Cons
Unfortunately, the organization I am in is a super toxic, corporate, old boys club. The Commercial Org doesn't have a great reputation within EA, which makes it really hard to get anything done. As a result, there's pretty nasty internal politics within the org because everyone feels undervalued and not respected within the broader company.
