Pros
There is great passion about the products. Most people who work here want to create great games. Sometimes, they are critical because they really care that consumers like the games and want to do better. That atmosphere is very good for morale and company culture. There are also many events and arrangements to make work as least unsufferable as possible, such as free stuffand merch, snacks, parties, etc. Offices are very nice and in good locations. Working from home is common. *Most* people are inclusive, kind, and helpful.
Cons
The fact that consumers dislike the company does depress morale somewhat. Management is a club of people who scratch each others' backs and failure is forgiven if you are in the club. If not, minor failures are terminable offenses.
