Pros
The people at Element 84 are wonderful - they really care about investing in each other and improving the world. I started in a Junior position and received a lot of support and training. The work-life balance was great - E84 was very flexible, within reason, and I felt that I had a lot of control over what and how I worked.
Cons
I don't see this as a con, but I think it's worth mentioning that a lot of positions are remote and that kind of style doesn't work for some people. E84 does a lot to mitigate those difficulties with off-sites, regular manager meetings, etc.
