      Pros

      Most of the negative comments from past employees are those that could not handle working in a professional environment where they are accountable for performance. The new leadership team is Canada have done a great job at weeding out non-performers and changing the culture for the better. They care about their employees and making Element a great place to work.

      Cons

      Nothing really. Sometimes the pace doesn't allow for uninterrupted vacations

Element does have a formal goal-setting process that is conducted annually, and an employee’s performance is evaluated based on their accomplishments towards achieving those agreed-upon goals.       Atmosphere, environment, flexibility, support, onboarding experience, benefits and pay.

      Can't think of any that really stand out tbh.

      Pros

      Being able to work remotely is always a plus

      Cons

      Extreme micromanaging. Only one raise a year that will always be $.40c or lower unless you get promoted to a management position. Extreme workloads and constantly watched and tracked. Time off policy is absurd. Your bonus accounts for the entire company and not just what you have produced yourself. Very short time for breaks. And again… the micromanaging is out of hand.
