Can't think of any that really stand out tbh.

Being able to work remotely is always a plus

Extreme micromanaging. Only one raise a year that will always be $.40c or lower unless you get promoted to a management position. Extreme workloads and constantly watched and tracked. Time off policy is absurd. Your bonus accounts for the entire company and not just what you have produced yourself. Very short time for breaks. And again… the micromanaging is out of hand.
