Pros

Work From Home, Decent paid time off

Cons

High Healthcare premiums, No accountability, Lack of transparency, one year no pay raises company wide, next year promised by a certain date then they are pushed back till after a board meeting and our increase will also not be told till after that meeting so its not merit is based on earnings. Watching more long term customers leaving to go to competitors

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. To clarify, an employee’s annual pay raise, also known as a Merit Increase, is not an automatic entitlement. Rather it must be earned based on individual performance. 2018 Bonus Pay was determined by two factors – overall company performance and the employee’s individual contributions. As a publicly-traded company, Merit Increase and Bonus Pay are subject to Element’s Board of Directors review and approval. Your positive comment on working from home is spot on – survey results indicate that our employees appreciate flexible telework options.

Pros

The MD team and other leaders are an absolute trustworthy group. The people at Element are what make Element awesome. The Advisory team is highly intelligent, the pricing team is competitive and wants to win deals. Customers are at the forefront of the employees at Element.

Cons

The CEO is leading the company into the ground. The pay has been changed so many times on the sales team and not for the better. No clear distinction on how they get paid. Game changes mid play. CEO made a promise to the street she can't keep and now everyone suffers. She's single handedly destroying the morale of this company.
