Pros

Some of the permanent worker are nice.

Cons

I took this position as a Temp w/6 of training, however, it turned into 3 weeks and 4 days of training. I've never been to a training that starts with almost 20 people and ends with 5. One trainer speaks to trainees like 5th graders, the other brags on his drunk nights with another manager. They both are condescending. They allow pigs to train, for example I had to move my seat because a leggin wearing pig was stinking up the room, eating full breakfast , and putting on deodorant in the training room . Of course no one in management address this. These people want patience from the people they hire when they mess up (for example we spent a week learning how to write a "verbal" wrong) but my 3rd day on the phone I was yelled at because I told one trainer the other trainer is overbearing. Very unprofessional and have the nerve to act like they're paying more then $14.00 (which is $10.00 an hour after taxes). I tried to give the benefit of the doubt, but now there is no doubt. I told my agency to take me off this assignment. These people weren't doing me a favor. Most of the hires didn't know how to conduct themselves, rude, and most were welfare, single moms, which I'm not. I would recommend this job to YOUNG workers just started their working career. I would not recommend this job to anyone who has a solid work history because you won't last.

Pros

Good people that just want to work and earn an honest pay check

Cons

Leaders have no idea what they are doing in all departments .Senior level management is disconnected from the workforce. Ex. They have Monthly meetings to discuss profit and how great they are doing but they turn around and have meetings advising the group of layoffs later in the year. Additionally nepotism at this place is at an all time high. The CEO hires friends and VP’s there do the same.Workload is extremely high and you are expected to work and be productive with systems that are non functional and are old/outdated.There are people in leadership that do not like working with women and the place is disgusting. Moral is low and when I exited employees were scared as leaders are micromanaging and leading with fear. Stay away from this place.
